Holiday Activity Program for Young People in North Hertfordshire

Students aged 12 to 16, who are eligible for benefit-related free school meals, are invited to join this upcoming Holiday Activity Program in Hertfordshire. This initiative is designed to provide young people with fun and engaging activities over the school holidays, as well as the opportunity to develop new skills, make friends, and stay active in a safe and supportive environment.

Program Details:

  • Who: Young people aged 12-16 who are eligible for benefit-related free school meals.
  • When: 7th April 2025 – 10th April 2025.
  • Where: Westmill Community Centre, John’s Barker Place, Hitchin, SG5 2PG.
  • What: A range of exciting activities, including sports, arts, and educational workshops, all provided free of charge.

Stevenage and North Herts Athletics Club

SNHAC are running a holiday athletics programme for children aged 8 - 14 from Monday 7th April - Thursday 10th April. It takes place from 10am - 3pm every day (bring your own packed lunch) and costs £26 per session, or just come from 10am -12pm or 12:30pm - 3pm each day for £14 per session. This scheme is also part of the HAPpy Scheme for Children on Free School Meals outlined above (book through Playwaze to take advantage of this).

Kids Kickboxing Bootcamp at Renegade Fitness Academy

Renegade Fitness Academy in Stevenage are hosting a kickboxing bootcamp in the second week of the Easter holidays (14th-18th April). The bootcamp is available for students aged 8-14 years old and will run from 10:30am through to 1:30pm. The bootcamp costs £20 per day, £100 for the week, and more details can be found on the flyer below.
